When you apply, we collect the information you give us: your name, age, general city/region, occupation, values and faith, interests, relationship preferences, photos, email, and (optionally) phone number, social handle, cultural background, and an income bracket. We deliberately do not collect your street address, exact income, or government ID numbers through our website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Your profile details and photos are shown only to your matchmaker and — if you are shortlisted for each other — to the specific member you may be introduced to.
Applications are stored in an access-controlled system available only to our matchmaking team. Contact details are shared between two members only after both explicitly consent following a hosted video introduction.
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days. Residents of California and other US states, Canada, and Australia have rights under CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Act respectively; we honor access, correction, and deletion requests from all members regardless of location.
If your application is not accepted, we delete it within 90 days. If you leave the service, your data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Effective July 2026
Meant to Meet is a personal matchmaking service. We review applications, curate potential matches, and host video introductions between consenting adult members. We are not a dating app, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, match, or relationship.
You must be 18 years of age or older, legally able to enter a relationship, and truthful in your application. We may decline or remove any member at our discretion, including for misrepresentation, disrespectful conduct, or safety concerns.
Applying and remaining in the member pool are free. A $39 introduction fee per member applies only when you confirm you wish to proceed with an introduction to a specific match. Founding members (the first 200 approved applicants) receive their first introduction free. Fees are disclosed before you confirm any introduction and are non-refundable once the introduction call has taken place, except where required by law.
Introductions occur on matchmaker-hosted video calls. We share members' contact details with each other only after both members explicitly consent following the call. We never sell or publish member contact information.
Members agree to treat matches and staff with respect, to appear personally on introduction calls, and not to use the service for commercial solicitation, deception, or any unlawful purpose. Violations result in removal without refund.
We screen applications and verify members by live video, but we cannot guarantee any member's conduct after an introduction. You interact with matches at your own judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to members by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
